Compliance Analyst, Finance & Banking

We are working with a leading specialist insurance business, part of a larger international insurance group, who are looking to appoint a Compliance Analyst to support their growing compliance function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regulatory horizon scanning and assess the impact of regulatory and policy developments.
• Undertake compliance monitoring and sanctions screening.
• Support Consumer Duty and Product Governance controls and reviews.
• Prepare monthly Compliance MI and reports for management.
• Manage and investigate breaches, complaints and Errors & Omissions, including root cause analysis.
• Support the development and maintenance of the wider compliance framework.

About You

• Experience in compliance monitoring or a regulatory compliance role, ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Good understanding of regulatory risks affecting insurance brokers.
• Knowledge of the Lloyd's and non-Lloyd's commercial insurance markets.
• Familiarity with FCA requirements, Consumer Duty and Product Governance.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
