Financial Controller

Financial Controller | Specialist Manufacturing I'm recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a specialist manufacturing business in a senior leadership role, working closely with the GM and Senior Leadership Team. This is a broad, commercially focused position with responsibility for the finance function, providing the insight and control needed to support business performance, programme delivery and future growth. Key areas of responsibility include:
* Month-end, year-end and Group reporting
* Cash flow, working capital and credit control
* Budgeting, forecasting and risk & opportunity analysis
* Project accounting and programme profitability
* Commercial analysis and senior leadership support
* Statutory reporting, tax and audit
* Balance sheet control and process improvement
* Capital investment appraisal including MIRR, DCF and payback
* Leadership and development of the Finance team We're looking for a fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with strong experience in automotive, engineering or manufacturing. Strong ERP capability is essential, with SAP advantageous, alongside advanced Excel and the ability to work commercially with operational and senior stakeholders.
