Interpath is seeking a highly motivated Manager for our Financial Services Transaction Services team in London. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse portfolio of Financial Services clients, such as banks, non-bank lenders, fintechs, asset managers, insurance brokers and others. The team has ambitions to grow rapidly and extend coverage to an even broader array of sub-sectors.

As a Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on complex engagements, develop client relationships, and collaborate closely with industry leaders in a dynamic and entrepreneurial Deal Advisory practice.

Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of the transaction lifecycle, managing both buy-side and sell-side assignments. You will play a pivotal role in delivering successful transactions by collaborating with our Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory and other DD specialists across the Interpath network.

Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and delivery of Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) and Vendor Assist reports.

Evaluate Quality of Earnings to identify extraordinary income and costs that impact underlying earnings.

Analyse and benchmark Net Working Capital (NWC) based on historical trends.

Identify debt-like items through an in-depth review of balance sheets and off-balance-sheet arrangements.

Critically assess target forecasts, highlighting key risks and opportunities.

Lead client meetings and act as the primary contact for due diligence engagements.

Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of our Financial Services sector practice.

Requirements Requirements Bachelor 's degree required.

At least 3 years' experience in Transaction Services or another relevant field.

Experience working on transactions within the Financial Services sector is essential.

Chartered Accountancy, or other similar professional qualification, preferred but not required.

Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and strong team orientation.

Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven record of managing senior client relationships.

Experience supporting business development and originating opportunities is advantageous but not mandatory.
