Temporary Legal Cashier

Ryder Reid Legal are recruiting for a Temporary Legal Cashier to start ASAP for approximately 6 weeks. This is a hybrid role paying a competitive rate and based in the heart of the city!

General duties for this role may include:

• Processed office expenses and ensured compliance with firm procedures
• Processed client and office receipts accurately and in line with firm policies.
• Performed daily bank reconciliations across GBP, EUR and USD accounts.
• Set up and processed electronic payments in a timely manner.
• Assisted with client money transfers during busy periods and team absences.
• Processed internal transfers between client and office accounts.
• Calculated interest on client account transactions.
• Ensured prompt return of client account balances.
• Maintained compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Supported accounts payable processes and wider finance team activities.
• Assisted with additional ad hoc finance and accounts duties as required.

For this role, you must be available to start immediately - perfect for those currently out of employment and looking for a new role in Legal Cashering or someone who has recently finished a contract.

You must have experience in Elite 3E for this role.
