Associate & Vice President Healthcare - Elite Boutique

Metis Search are currently partnered with a Elite boutique Investment bank who are looking to add individuals in to their Healthcare team in London.

This is an established global bank that has been strategically increasing its presence across Europe, providing the chance to add value in a leaner structure.

The firm is noted for having access to a strong deal flow thanks to its extensive network of industry clients across Europe and the U.S. It is also reputable for maintaining a balanced boutique style collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct senior exposure, and the chance to take ownership on high-profile transactions from day one.

• Lead or support the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions within the Healthcare space
• Produce financial models and valuations, including DCF, LBO, and comparable approaches.
• Prepare high-quality client presentations, information memoranda, and marketing materials.
• Develop relationships with management teams, advisers, and investors to support origination efforts.
• Manage or conducting financial and commercial due diligence processes, working closely with external advisers to assess risks and value drivers.
• Working on strategic advisory and transaction execution & managing work streams.

• Approximately 2.5 - 7 years experience in M&A within Healthcare
• Strong technical foundation in financial modelling and valuation.
• Demonstrated transaction experience with the ability to run work streams independently.
• Commercially minded, resourceful, and comfortable working in small teams.
• Clear and confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
