Graduate Financial Advisor

deVere Group is a global financial services group operating across 100+ countries. We are recruiting motivated individuals to join our International Graduate Financial Advisor Programme, providing the training, support and practical experience to build a long-term career in international financial advice.

You will be trained and supported in a client-facing, business development environment, developing core skills in:

• Lead generation and follow-up activity
• Networking and relationship building
• Client engagement and communication
• Supporting experienced international Financial Advisors

This is a hands-on role focused on communication, activity, personal development and measurable results.

• Begin with a structured onboarding and training programme designed to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence from day one.
