Finance Assistant – Contractor Pay & Bill
Moorgate, London | Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH, salary negotiable.
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our company and take ownership of contractor pay & bill and support the day-to-day finance function of a busy recruitment business.
Key responsibilities:- Processing contractor timesheets, invoices and payments
- Raising client and placement invoices
- Managing credit control and accounts payable
- Bank reconciliations and payment preparation
- Supporting month-end reconciliations and reporting
- Previous contractor pay & bill experience within recruitment
- Strong understanding of timesheets, pay/charge rates and invoicing
- Experience with bank reconciliations, AP and credit control
- Confident Excel skills
- InTime and Xero experience would be a strong advantage
