Mortgage Administrator – Horsham £28,000 – £35,000  benefits Full-time Are you an experienced Mortgage Administrator looking for your next opportunity? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment, working closely with advisers and helping customers navigate the mortgage process from application through to completion? We’re recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join our successful Mortgage & Protection team in Horsham . What you'll be doing You’ll play a key role in keeping mortgage cases moving, providing excellent service to clients and supporting the sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Submitting and progressing mortgage applications through to legal completion and beyond. Chasing outstanding documentation and ensuring applications are fully compliant. Liaising with solicitors regarding exchange and completion dates. Managing client emails and supporting repeat clients. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, lenders and conveyancers. Keeping systems and client files accurate and up to date. Working closely with advisers to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

Taking ownership of customer queries and seeing them through to a successful conclusion. What they are looking for They're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in mortgage administration – ideally with at least 1 year's experience. Highly organised, accurate and methodical. Confident communicating with clients, lenders and other professionals. Customer-focused with a genuine desire to provide excellent service. Self-motivated and professional. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple cases. A team player with a high level of integrity.
