6 months contract Finance Technician Full time - 4 days in office / Friday WFH We are seeking a Finance Technician to join our finance department. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including sales ledger management, expense management, and cash reporting. The successful candidate will handle monthly sales invoice billing, manage credit card and employee expense processes, and support the Financial Controller with monthly recharges and cash reporting.

This position is a key point of contact for colleagues, external partners, customers, and suppliers, requiring minimal supervision while adhering to company policies and procedures. Day-to-day of the role:
Process monthly sales invoicing for service fees and recharges. Produce monthly cash reports for multiple entities. Manage the monthly company credit card process, including statement reconciliations, expense uploads, month-end accruals, VAT, and project code postings. Review employee credit card and out-of-pocket expense claims against supporting documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact with the credit card account manager. Regularly review credit card expenditure against credit limits.

Administer the Corporate Rewards programme. Produce monthly Amex credit card cash analysis. Support financial accountants in processing rent, cash receipts, and maintenance reserves. Qualifications:

Proven experience in financial accounting or a similar role. Strong understanding of sales ledger management and expense processes. Ability to produce detailed financial reports and cash analyses. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
