As our Associate Corporate Development, you will play a key role in identifying, analysing, and executing M&A and investment opportunities to drive Super Group’s growth, as well as supporting broader strategic projects across the Group, for us to stay ahead of the game.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, investments, and corporate strategy, with deep financial modelling expertise and a strategic mindset. You will report to the Director of Corporate Development and have direct exposure to Super Group’s C-suite, while working closely with a range of stakeholders across legal, finance, accounting, product, regulatory, and other corporate and operational functions.
** What you’ll do
** You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:
* Lead the execution of M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and closing
* Lead strategic and venture investments, from origination through execution and portfolio management
* Lead broader strategic projects across the Group, including new market entries and internal due diligence / strategic reviews
* Conduct sector, market, and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities
* Build and analyse financial models, including operating models, DCFs, returns analysis, and customer cohort and unit economics analysis
* Drive due diligence work streams across financial, legal, commercial, technology, and regulatory areas
* Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors
