- Develop and implement strategic tax planning solutions for estate, gift and inheritance tax, with a focus on minimizing exposure while ensuring compliance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on international tax structuring, including trusts, foundations and offshore entities.
- Collaborate with legal, wealth management and compliance teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

- Proven experience advising private clients and HNWIs on UK US cross-border tax matters.
- Demonstrable track record in developing and executing complex tax planning strategies for international clients.
- Strong understanding of UK inheritance tax, capital gains tax and trust taxation in a cross-border context.
- Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to non-experts.
- Experience leading teams or managing client portfolios of significant value.
- High level of integrity, discretion and commitment to professional standards.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Competitive salary with performance related bonus
- Hybrid and flexible working options
