A distinguished professional services firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Manager to join its expanding London team. The role offers the opportunity to advise entrepreneurs, business owners, investors and privately held businesses on a broad range of complex tax matters, including transactions, restructuring, succession, wealth planning and international tax.

The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise, ACA / CTA / Tax Inspectors qualification, Law qualification, or equivalent tax specialist qualification, excellent client relationship skills and a commercial approach. There will also be opportunities to lead advisory projects, develop client relationships, contribute to business development and mentor junior team members.
