We’re looking for a Lead Pricing Analyst to play a key role within our Non-Standard Motor portfolio, covering Specialist Car, Van and Bike- a space where innovation, precision and commercial thinking really matter.

Main Responsibilities as Lead Pricing Analyst- Takefull ownership of end-to-end pricing activity, from deep-dive analysis through to live rate deployment across our Non-Standard Motor products.
- Leadand develop a talented team, creating a culture of curiosity, growth andhigh performance.
- Use advanced modelling and data science techniques to unlock new opportunities withinspecialist Car, Van and Bike segments.
- Shapehow we compete by blending market insight, performance data and commercial judgement.
- Partner with senior leaders to challenge thinking and guide direction.
- Playa key role in evolving our pricing capability, tools and approach.
- Aback ground in insurance pricing or a similar analytical field (motor experience is highly valued).
- Strong programming skills (SAS, R, Python or similar).
- Experience with predictive modelling techniques (GLMs, GBMs, machine learning methods etc.).
- Confidence working with tools like Emblem and Radar.
- Anatural ability to connect insight with business impact.
- Experience leading or mentoring others, with a passion for developing talent.
- Strong communication skills - you can make complex ideas simple and compelling.
- Thedrive to take ownership, deliver results and push things forward.
