RPGCC Wealth Management is seeking a qualified Independent Financial Adviser to join our growing advisory team, operating within an established accountancy practice and supported by a strong internal financial planning function.

• Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and tax‑efficient strategies
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Work collaboratively with paraplanners, administrators, and the wider accountancy team
• Ensure advice is compliant, suitable, and aligned with firm standards

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• A minimum of 2–3 years’ post‑qualification advisory experience
• Working knowledge of Intelliflo, Cash Calc, and FE Analytics
• Strong communication skills and a client‑centred approach
• Professional, personable, and able to build trust quickly
