We’re looking for an Investment Manager to join our growing Risk Sharing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape innovative asset‑backed solutions that optimise our balance sheet and support the wider group’s strategic goals. Working collaboratively across multiple business areas, you’ll contribute to structuring, analysing and delivering transactions involving assets such as mortgages, property and fund‑finance exposures. If you enjoy problem‑solving, building strong relationships and working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

• Developing asset‑backed solutions by working with internal teams and external partners to share or distribute selected risks
• Building and enhancing financial models to evaluate opportunities, incorporating risk, return, capital and regulatory considerations
