Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner Liverpool | Competitive Salary  Benefits | Permanent | Office-Based (4 Days Per Week Minimum) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join a well-established organisation in Liverpool. Working closely with senior leadership and Corporate Functions, you will provide financial insight, challenge and support to drive business performance and informed decision-making. This is a key role within the FP&A team, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and involvement in budgeting, forecasting, business planning and investment decisions.

We are looking for a qualified finance professional with strong business partnering experience, commercial acumen and the ability to turn financial data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and decision support. Lead performance reviews and analyse financial and operational performance. Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities. Produce analysis, commentary and recommendations to support decision-making. Develop business cases, investment appraisals and financial models. Monitor financial performance against budgets and targets. Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. Provide ad-hoc financial and commercial analysis to support business objectives.

Person Specification To be successful in this role, you will have:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Management Accounting. Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning experience. Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills. Experience developing business cases and investment appraisals. Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and influencing abilities. Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems.

Desirable Experience Experience using SAP. Experience using Power BI or similar analytics tools.
