Corporate Development Manager

Corporate Development Manager | £75,000 to £95,000 | Near Warrington (Hyrbid) | PE Backed and Highly Acqusitive Business Axon Moore is pleased to be partnering with a new client near Warrington as they look expand over the next 2 years. They're private equity backed and have a significant pool of funds to conduct bolt-on acquisitions around the UK. This role with partner with C-Suite and will be primarily focused on deal origination in a buy-side advisory capacity, looking to double the revenue and Ebitda of the existing business.

This person will also get exposore to some of the integration activity alongside the Financial Controller if they wish. This will be a career defining role for the right individual as they will also work on the future sale of the client itself to new PE owners in a few years time, and will have the opportunity to earn equity at this point.

Key pre-requisites:

- Experience of either buy side or sell side advisory
- Proven track record in deal origination
