The Role

As an Investment Management Associate, you will support the Investment Management team in delivering tailored investment solutions and exceptional client service. You'll gain exposure to portfolio management, investment research, client relationships, and financial markets while working towards industry-recognised qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Investment Managers in the day-to-day management of client portfolios.
• Assist in preparing for client meetings, reviews, presentations, and investment proposals.
• Conduct investment and market research and undertake basic financial analysis.
• Support portfolio reviews and investment monitoring activities.
• Assist with investment dealing activities in line with competency and regulatory requirements.
• Draft client communications, reports, and performance summaries.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and respond to requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attend investment meetings, market briefings, and training sessions.
• Work collaboratively with Financial Planners, Tax Advisers, Solicitors, Operations teams, and other business areas.
• Contribute to sector research projects and support the wider investment process.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for motivated graduates who are eager to build a long-term career in investment management.

• Must have already graduated and hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1 preferred) by the programme start date.
• Have minimum 112 UCAS points from top 3 A-levels (excluding General Studies)
• Hold GCSE Grade 5 (or
  
  B) in English Language and Maths
• Strong interest in financial markets, investing, and wealth management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver excellent client service.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
