Our client is undertaking a significant programme of work across Business Risk & Resilience (BRR), with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) a core pillar of this agenda.

We are seeking Manager / Senior Manager level consultants to support the delivery and embedding of TPRM change within a complex, regulated banking environment. These roles sit within a high profile transformation programme focused on strengthening nonfinancial risk capability, meeting regulatory expectations, and ope rationalising third party risk management at scale.

This is a delivery focused role, well suited to candidates who enjoy handson transformation work rather than purely advisory or BAU oversight roles.

• Delivering TPRM change and transformation within a large financial services organisation
• Supporting the design, implementation, and embedding of:
• TPRM operating models
• Governance and control frameworks
• Endtoend third party risk processes
• Working with senior stakeholders across Risk, Procurement, Operations, Technology, and Compliance
• Supporting regulatory and audit outcomes through practical, delivery led solutions
• Operating effectively in an environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight regulatory expectations

We are keen to speak to candidates who bring:

• Experience operating at Manager or Senior Manager level
• Banking experience or/and Management Consulting background
• Proven Non Financial Risk (NFR) experience with handson TPRM delivery
• Credibility engaging with senior stakeholders, regulators, and assurance teams
• A pragmatic, delivery focused mindset with the ability to translate policy into workable solutions

• Work on a high impact transformation programme with real regulatory and risk significance
