Mandarin or Cantonese speaking Assistant Finance Manager
Location:
London Hybrid work 1 day a week in the office
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience

Main duties:
Be responsible for driving the day-to-day finance operations, financial reporting, cash flow and controls while supporting the business performance and process improvements### The role
Lead and oversee the Accounts Payable function ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and payments
Manage month-end and year-end reporting including financial and management accounts.
Oversee cash flow, banking activities and intercompany transactions ensuring effective financial management.
Supervise finance and accounting operations within the business providing guidance and support to the wider team.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis identifying opportunities, risks and areas for improved performance.
Maintain strong financial controls, tax compliance and audit processes ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and Group policies.
Partner with internal stakeholders and companies Head Office providing clear financial information and supporting business decisions.
Lead and support finance projects, system implementations and process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
The candidate:
Fluent in English and Mandarin OR Cantonese (written and spoken) essential
Degree in Finance / Accountancy or similar
Professionally qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) necessary
Experience working in a finance role is needed
Strong experience across financial accounting, reporting, controls and cash flow management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong commercial awareness.
Highly organised, proactive and able to take ownership and work to deadlines.
Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel.
SAP experience is desirable.
