** Role
* * The NTAM Investment Operations team serves as a critical link between Portfolio Management, Trading, and Operations, providing centralized support across global investment teams. The function acts as a Centre of Excellence (COE), driving operational excellence, risk management, and strategic initiatives across NTAM.The successful candidate will provide expert support across Client Administration, Investment Administration, and Portfolio Administration activities, ensuring efficient account management, operational control, and exceptional client service.
** Key Responsibilities*
* * Provide operational support to Portfolio Managers, Trading Desks, and Client Servicing teams.
* Perform daily oversight of portfolio positions, cash balances, and operational controls.
* Act as a subject matter expert for complex operational and investment-related issues.
* Lead and contribute to strategic, cross-functional, and process improvement initiatives.
* Drive operational excellence, risk mitigation, and control enhancements.
* Support audit, governance, and regulatory requirements.
* Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, clients, and service providers.
* Deliver high-quality outputs with appropriate review and quality control standards.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
* Present recommendations and solutions to senior management and key stakeholders.  
** Technical Skills & Expertise
** Strong knowledge and experience across:  
* Trade, cash, and position monitoring.
* Account setup, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
* Corporate actions processing and election management.
* Exception management and issue resolution.
* Performance attribution and reporting.
* Custody and FX instruction management.
* Counter party and trading venue management.
* Transaction cost analysis and chargeback processes.
* Middle Office products, services, and operational controls.
* Investment products, financial instruments, and market operations.
* Risk management, governance, and operational oversight.
* Data analysis and operational process improvement.  
** Experience & Qualifications*
* * Minimum 8 years' experience within Asset Management, Banking, Financial Services, BPO, or KPO environments.
* Strong understanding of investment operations and portfolio support functions.
* Proven experience supporting Portfolio Managers, Account Managers, and Trading teams.
* Demonstrated experience leading complex operational initiatives and process improvement projects.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
* MBA, CFA, FRM, or other relevant professional qualification would be advantageous.
