General Banking / Leveraged Finance Associate, 1-2 PQE About the Firm

You will join the firm's dynamic banking and finance team, working on complex and high-profile transactions, with a particular focus on general banking and leveraged finance. The position offers exposure to a variety of lending structures, advising financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporates. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle in a supportive and high-performing environment.

• 1-2 years' post-qualification experience in banking and finance, with exposure to general banking or leveraged finance transactions
• Strong technical ability and a track record of advising on complex lending arrangements
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• A proactive approach and the ability to operate effectively within a collegiate team environment
