As our UK business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Employment Tax Senior Manager to join either our London, Birmingham or Leeds Employment Tax and Equity team and play a key role in driving the future success of our practice.

• Lead high-profile client engagements - Work with leading UK and multinational organisations, providing strategic employment tax advice and helping clients manage complex people, payroll, and compliance challenges.
• Drive business growth - Play a key role in building the market presence of EY's Employment Tax practice through client relationship development, business development activities, proposals, and presentations.
• Influence senior stakeholders - Build trusted relationships with senior client contacts and act as a strategic advisor on matters that impact workforce strategy, risk, governance, and business performance.
