The firm is looking for experienced advisors who can focus on speaking with clients and writing business, with opportunities available on either an employed or self-employed basis.

The Business This is an established mortgage and protection business that has been operating for over 10 years, with more than forty advisors nationwide. As a whole-of-market business, its advisors can provide clients with a wide range of solutions based on their individual needs. The business has established relationships that generate a strong flow of mortgage and protection opportunities, supported by administration and compliance resource.

The Role Working as a Mortgage Advisor, you will operate on a hybrid basis from one of the firm's estate agency partner offices, with multiple office options available around Wokingham and Winnersh. You will receive warm leads from a range of sources, primarily through the firm's estate agency relationships. Full administration support is provided, allowing you to concentrate on speaking with clients, giving advice and writing business.

The firm is open to advisors who want to focus purely on mortgages or those who also want to write protection business. You will typically work from the office around 2–3 days per week and may occasionally need to travel to other nearby offices where required. The opportunity can be offered on either an employed basis, with a £35,000 salary, or a self-employed basis, with expected earning potential of around £65,000.
