Junior Accounts Assistant Loughton - Office Based Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum I’m currently working with a well-established Manufacturing business that is looking to add a Junior Accounts Assistant to its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing finance experience within a busy and fast-paced environment. This position is heavily focused on high-volume invoice processing and purchase ledger duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys transactional finance and has strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently. Three-way matching of purchase orders, GRNs and supplier invoices. Coding invoices and maintaining accurate financial records. Supplier statement reconciliations and support with month-end processes. Managing supplier and internal finance queries. Maintaining supplier accounts within Sage 50. What They're Looking For:
Minimum 6 months' experience in an Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger or similar finance role. Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic. Good Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets. Strong communication skills. Someone who is reliable, hardworking and comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume tasks. Sage 50 experience would be advantageous. Benefits:
