JobBrief
Somewhere out there is a pension that belongs to one of our customers, sitting with a provider who hasn’t replied in three weeks. Your job is to find it, chase it, and not let go until it’s home.
This isn’t a processing role. It’s a closing role. You’ll be handed a live caseload of pensions to track down and transfer, and it’s on you to push every single one to a yes – chasing providers who go quiet, working the maybes until they become definite, and hitting a real daily target while you do it. You’ll do this outside of our usual processes in order to help test and learn on what works and doesn’t, helping us fold these into day to day processing.
What you’ll do:- Own a live caseload of pensions searches and pension submissions.
- Chase non-responding providers hard and professionally – a quiet provider isn’t a dead end, it’s a case that needs a phone call.
- Confidently reach out to customers helping them to provide any further information needed in order to help us successfully locate their pensions for them.
- You’ll work in short term sprints of smaller operational experiments and so be able to quickly understand our back end processes allowing you to adapt.
- A closer’s mindset – you track your own numbers, you don’t wait to be chased, and a target genuinely motivates you.
- Thick-skinned enough to chase a provider three times and still sound professional on the fourth.
- Sharp with detail and process.
- Confident on the phone and comfortable in writing – you’ll do plenty of both.
- A fast learner – able to pick up pensions operations and terminology; no prior pensions background required, but being able to quickly upskill on our current processes will be the key to success in this role.
- Opportunity to join a fast-growing, award-winning and super ambitious company
- Work with a friendly team of highly motivated individuals
- Be in an environment where you are listened to and can actually have an impact
- Thriving collaborative and inclusive company culture
- Company pension scheme
- Remote, or hybrid working environment
- Private Medical Insurance
- Health Cash Plan – cashback on everyday healthcare like dental and opticians
- Cycle Saver – save on bike-share subscriptions and have a more sustainable commute
- Wellhub subscription to a variety of gyms and wellbeing apps
- Enhanced parental pay & leave
- 25 days per annum + bank holidays (pro rata for fixed-term contracts)
At Moneybox, we promote, support and celebrate inclusion, diversity and equity for all, so that everyone can bring their full selves to work. We believe that diversity drives innovation, and that if our team is representative of our community of customers, we can better support their needs. To ensure our recruitment processes provide an equal opportunity for all applicants to succeed, we encourage you to let us know if there are any adjustments that we can make.
We are open-minded and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure all applicants can present their full self and potential.
We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
