  LoDownershipofKYC/CDD/creditrisksandotherrisksrelatingtothecoveredclientsandportfolio;
• Originatebusinesstransactionsandhandledealexecutionprocessbycompletingtimelyandin-depth credit/KYCassessmentincompliancewiththe
  
  Branchpolicyandprocedureandsystemoperationalprocess;
• Initiatecreditproposalandperformingriskmanagementresponsibilitiesincludingenhancedrequirementssuchasenhancedduediligence,financial modelling,simulation test,sensitivitytestsetctoensureprecautionavailabletoensuretransactionrisksareproperlyidentifiedandadequatelymitigatedinlinewiththe
  
  Branchpoliciesandprocedures;
• Monitor market,regulatory,macro-economicandpoliticaldevelopmentrelatingtotheloanportfolio;assessingtheirimpactsonKYCandcreditquality;
  
  Responsibleforregularpost-loanriskmanagementreporttoidentifyassetdeterioratingsignalsandmitigationinlinewiththe
  
  Bank’sinternalpolicyandfullycommunicatewith
  
  Risk/Cfunctionstoobtaininternalconsensusandapprovalasrequired.
• Activelymanagetheportfolioandresponsibleforallaspectsofthedealcommercialtermanalysis,waiverrequestsanddealadministration;
• Executetimelyandin-depthevaluation/reviewsofrisksoftheportfolioandbeproactiveinriskidentification,monitoringandpostlendingmanagementtoensureadequateprecautionisinplace;
• Workcloselywithmiddleandbackofficetoensureaccuratetimelydatainputandbookingaswellason-goingmonitoringoffacilitiesaswellasothercomplianceprocesses.
• Maintainandmonitoraccurateexposureandclientinformationininternalrisksystems.
  
  Developandimplement Front Office post -loanriskmanagementframeworkontransactionswithidentificationofearlywarningsignals;
• Supportsupervisionanddevelopmentofjuniorstaff;
• Assistthe Department Headonotherad -hoctasks.
