Financial controller Private Equity London £85,000 plus 25% bonus
This is a number two role which reports to the Group CFO.
As such this is an opportunity to understudy him and gain valuable experience.
- Preparation of Statutory and Management accounts for UK and several European entities
- Prepare forecasts with the Group CFO for all entities
- Maintenance of rolling cash flow forecast
- Budgets and budgetary control with variance analysis
- Supervision of two team members
- Transfer pricing
- Liaison with auditors and external advisors
There will be an opportunity to work with portfolio companies and attend board meetings , to build a working knowledge and rapport with investments
