Currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Financial Markets firm, who are looking to recruit a Director level Operational Risk professional to lead the UK Risk agenda. You will be responsible for the design, oversight and continuous improvement of the firms operational risk framework, and will work closely with the Global Head of ERM and UK Head of Risk. You should have had significant experience operating at a senior level within a financial services firm, as well has having direct experience of dealing with the FCA.
KeyExperience:
- Experience of operating at a senior level within a complex financial services business
- Experience of dealing with the FCA
- Strong regulatory knowledge, specifically around DORA and third party risk management
- Demonstrable experience of building risk frameworks
- Knowledge of RCSA's, operational resilience and risk reporting
