Our Off-Cycle Internship Programme:
Our Off-Cycle Internship Programme is designed to give talented students a genuine, hands-on experience of investment banking from day one - with a structured training programme, real deal exposure and the support to develop quickly. You will work on live projects, build your professional network and develop the analytical, relationship and client-facing skills that form the foundation of a career in investment banking.
We have a strong track record of converting top-performing interns into full-time analyst positions - a genuine pathway to a permanent role for those who excel. You will work alongside senior bankers on a range of transactions and advisory assignments, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side) and capital advisory. As part of a sector and deal team, you will develop the analytical, relationship and client-facing skills needed to build a strong foundation for your career in investment banking.

Please note:
Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a Superday in London on Monday 16th November 2026.
- Assist in preparing client and marketing materials
- Gather and synthesise quantitative and qualitative data
- Conduct industry research and financial analysis
- Support financial modelling and valuation efforts
- Manage project administration
- Coordinate the execution of advisory mandates within a deal team
- Able to attend a Superday in London on Monday 16th November 2026
- Available for a 24-week internship starting March 2027
- Strong academic background with competitive standing
- Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving aptitude
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and accounting fundamentals
- Strong work ethic and personal integrity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
