Banking & Finance Associate – Project Finance (3-6 PQE)

You will join a dynamic Banking & Finance team focusing on project finance and broader transactional matters across energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. The position involves advising lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on domestic and international deals, contributing to high-value project finance mandates, and managing client relationships alongside senior lawyers. The role provides exposure to sophisticated work streams in a supportive, high-performing environment with top of market remuneration and an attractive bonus scheme.

• 3-6 years’ post-qualification experience in banking & finance, ideally with exposure to project finance transactions
• Strong technical skillset and commercial acumen
• Ability to manage transactions effectively and work collaboratively across departments
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service
• Desire to progress within a respected and growing London practice
