Interim Finance Manager - NHS Trust Inside IR35 | £29ph-£33ph | Hybrid (Bicester Office) I'm supporting an NHS Trust with the appointment of an experienced Interim Finance Manager for an initial 3-month assignment starting in November. Offering hybrid working with just one day per week in Bicester, this is a great opportunity to add immediate value in a varied finance and governance-focused role.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you'll provide high-quality business partnering across finance and non-finance teams, supporting month-end, budgeting, costing, audit preparation, financial governance and cost improvement plans.

Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate management accounts and meet month-end deadlines. Provide clear financial reporting, insight and briefings for senior stakeholders. Partner with operational, corporate and budget leads to support robust decision-making. Support budget setting, forecasting, costing, benchmarking and cost improvement plans. Contribute to audit preparation, financial governance and accurate external returns. The role may also involve deputising for the Senior Finance Manager, supporting transparent management processes, strengthening external partnerships and helping ensure Trust funds are used effectively and can withstand scrutiny.
