Associate- Loan Asset Management Commercial Real Estate

Key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the ongoing asset management of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans
• Monitoring loan performance, financial covenants and key reporting requirements
• Reviewing and analyzing borrower financial information and property-level performance
• Monitoring development loans, including development progress, drawdowns and associated risks
• Understanding and analyzing debt structures, loan documentation and covenant requirements
• Preparing financial analysis, reporting and recommendations for clients and key stakeholders
• Working closely with borrowers, lenders, advisors and other transaction parties

Qualifications/ Requirements:

What we’re looking for:

• A strong Commercial Real Estate background – essential
• Good understanding of real estate debt and loan structures
• Experience or knowledge of development lending
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Good understanding of covenant monitoring and loan performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Additional European language skills would be an advantage

The annual full time base salary range for this role is1.00 - 1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits plan.
