Marshmallow is seeking a senior Controllership expert to own complex technical accounting across the Group, including UK insurance broking, claims handling, car finance and SPV structures. You will lead policy development, transition work, and audit readiness, reporting to the Group Financial Controller.
You will partner with FP&A, Legal, and Engineering to embed accounting requirements early and coach junior staff while driving sustainable fixes that withstand external audit scrutiny.
