Thisisagreatopportunityforsomeonecurrentlyworkingwithinaspecialistmortgagelenderorpackagerwhoenjoysmanagingthedetailbehindacaseandworkingcloselywithunderwritersandbrokerstogettransactionsthroughtooffer.
The team provides specialist Buy-to-Let, residential investment and semi commercial finance to professional property investors and landlords, including larger and more complex transactions.
The role will include:
- Reviewingnewapplicationsandsupportingdocumentation
- Completing credit,AMLand Land Registry searches
- Coordinatingvaluationsandchasingoutstandingrequirements
- Workingcloselywith Underwriters and Lending Managers
- Preparingaccuratemortgageandofferdocumentation
- Keepingbrokersupdatedthroughouttheapplicationprocess
- Ensuringcasedataanddocumentationareaccurateandcomplete
- Supportingqualitycheckingandidentifyingpotentialrisks
