Credit Analyst-What You'llbe Doing:
- Developingsolidrelationshipswitharrangersthroughparticipatinginlenders'meetingandwithrelationshipmanagertosolicitpotentialsyndicationloansintheprimaryandsecondarymarketsforstablebusinessdevelopment.
- Coordinatingloanapplicationprocessof Head Officeapprovalwith Head Office Credit Management Departmentforunderwritingconsiderationsincludingwithoutlimitation ,KYCprocedure,majortermsandconditionsreview(loantype,loanamount,loanterms,purpose,security,repayment,pricing,etc),companybusinessoverview,financialperformanceevaluation(historicalandprojected),creditagencies'reportsstudy,industryoutlookresearch,loanpricingrationale,cashflowanddeleveraginganalysis(if available),countryexposureidentification,andsoforth.
- Reviewingcreditagreementssubstantiallyproperlystatedinlinewithoriginaltermsheetandassureallrequiredcollateraldocumentsaccuratelyrecordedintime.
- Conductingindustryreportanalysisformanagement'sreviewregardingcurrentmarketconditions(if applicable).
- Maintainingloanfileswellbundledinplacetoensureallrequireddocumentsareeffectiveanduptodate.
Succeed:
- Goodwrittenandverbalskillsinboth English and Mandarin .
- Solid Credit Analysisexperiencein Syndication Loansor Corporate Bankingsector .
- ITskillsfor Microsoft Office (Word,Excel).
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
- Anabilitytoworkunsupervised,goodtimemanagementskillsareessential.
- Willingtolearnandopenmindforjobrotationwithinthedepartment.
