You will own the year-end reporting, lead the external audit, and consolidate statutory accounts across UK, North America and APAC, acting as primary liaison with auditors and stakeholders.
The role requires ACA/ACCA or equivalent, strong IFRS knowledge (including IFRS 15), and hands-on accounting in a contract-driven, software/SaaS environment.
