We are currently looking for someone to be a part of the Client Services team, directly reporting to the Global Head of Client Services.

The Client Services team has various areas of responsibility, from monitoring and managing our large data centre installations, setting up advanced solutions with our clients to maintaining relationship with designated clients and handling on ad hoc basis client queries. This position is both technical and business focused and gives the candidate a great opportunity to learn and experience the full lifecycle of advanced global financial trading.

The successful candidate is expected to perform the following:

• Support, monitor and operate our live trading platforms in a 24x5 team (Shift Based Rotation)
• Investigate FIX Connectivity issues
• Configure and roll out technical solutions for clients
• Apply active changes to client setups with instant reviews
• Monitor health of the system with immediate escalation
• Work on key procedure updates and improvements
• Cover US Shift and Sunday Start up on rotation basis
• Review and implement changes on 3 rd party venues like One Zero, PrimeXM, Goldi, MT4/5
• Setting up client’s accounts in various systems and according to client’s specifications
• IT escalation and resolving issues directly with the developers.
