Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Leading advertising agency based in London require a Head of FP&A to join at a very exciting time for the business. This high-impact position offers an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end financial performance, connect actual results with strategic planning, and partner with senior leadership to influence key business decisions.

• Own the monthly group reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear performance narratives
• Lead flash reporting, management reporting, and investor relations analysis
• Develop and own the end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
• Shape and execute scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform strategic decision-making
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for senior management and the Board
• Lead, develop, and coach the FP&A team, acting as an internal systems and operating model champion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation, standardization, and new system rollouts

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in Technology, Media, or Telecommunications sectors
• Proven track record in FP&A and commercial finance within a multinational, multi-entity organization
• Strong expertise in group reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with CFO, executive, and board-level stakeholders
• Experience in finance system development, implementation, or rollout
• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
