Quantitative Developer; Rust

We are working with a leading global digital-asset trading firm seeking a Quant Developer to join a high-performing trading and technology team.

You will work closely with traders and engineers to develop and implement strategies across market making, proprietary trading and OTC
, with direct exposure to live crypto markets.

• Develop and improve quantitative trading strategies.
• Analyse market microstructure, pricing and liquidity.
• Work closely with traders, researchers and engineers.
• Build research tools and trading infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimise live trading strategies.
• Contribute to high-performance trading systems, including Rust-based technology
  .

• Strong maths and problem-solving skills.
• Good programming skills in Python, C++, Rust or similar
  .
• Understanding of financial markets or trading.
• Interest in crypto and quantitative trading
  .
• Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Degree in Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
  .

Rust experience is a plus, but not essential.
