I’m working with an established international bank seeking an Associate Director to help grow its UK digital infrastructure financing business, particularly data centres
, while also supporting its corporate real estate finance portfolio
.
Joining a small, experienced and collaborative London team, you’ll have broad involvement across client relationships, origination, structuring, credit, transaction execution and ongoing portfolio management.
The opportunity:- Help develop a strategically important growth area, working with institutional sponsors, infrastructure funds, developers and operators.
- Work on large, sponsor-backed digital infrastructure and corporate real estate transactions, supported by an established international network.
- Contribute across commercial real estate sectors including offices, logistics, student accommodation, build-to-rent and hospitality.
- Build experience across the full deal lifecycle, with responsibility tailored to your experience and increasing scope to lead transactions.
- Learn alongside experienced senior bankers who share their knowledge and support your development.
You’ll bring relevant experience in digital infrastructure, infrastructure or project finance, with data centre financing exposure strongly preferred
. Corporate real estate finance experience would be valuable, although strong infrastructure candidates will also be considered.
We’re looking for sound credit judgement, analytical and transaction execution skills, and someone commercially minded who enjoys building relationships. A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to contribute across a close-knit team will be key.
An opportunity for someone seeking broader ownership, senior coaching and room to grow within an established banking platform.
