Doing Each Day :

The Compliance Manage rand MLROwillberesponsibleforallregulatoryreturn,includingbutnotlimitedtoFCA,BoE,HMRCandFATCA&CRSforthe

Bank.

Moreover,he/shewillputinplaceandoperatingantimoneylaunderingcontrolsandproceduresandcarryoutmoneylaunderingriskassessments.

Thecandidatewillhavetheabilitytocommunicatewithlawenforcementandmakereportsaswellasakeeneyefordetail.

• Establish,implementandmaintainadequatepoliciesandpoliciesandproceduresdesignedtodetectanyriskoffailurebythebanktocomplywithitsobligationsundertheregulatorysystemandforcounteringtheriskthatthebankmightbeusedtofurtherfinancialcrime.
• Adviseandassistrelevantpersonsresponsibleforcarryingoutregulatedactivitiestocomplywiththebank'sobligationsundertheregulatorysystem.
• Ensuresadequatetrainingandguidanceisundertakenbystaffonallaspectsofcompliance-relatedandanti-moneylaunderingmatters.
• Accessandoverseeingthefirm'scompliancewiththeregulator'srulesonsystemsandcontrolsthatpreventthefirmbeingusedformoneylaunderingandterroristfinancingpurposes.
• Receivingreportsofsuspiciousactivityfromanystaffinthebusiness.
• Consideringallreportsandevaluatingwhetherthereis-orseemstobe-anyevidenceofmoneylaunderingorterroristfinancing.
• Reportinganysuspiciousactivityortransactiontothe National Crime Agency (NCA) bycompletingandsubmittinga
  
  Suspicious Activity Reportandprovideadditionalinformationto NCAwhenrequired.
• RequestingtheNCAforconsenttocontinuewithanytransactionsthatthey'vereported,andmakingsurethatnotransactionsarecontinuedillegally.
• Trainingstaffinpreventingmoneylaunderingandfollowingregulation.

• Solidexperienceacrossfinancialmarketsregulatoryobligations
• Excellentrelationshipandcommunicationsskills,withabilitytohelpdriveregulatorycompliantandcommerciallyviablesolutions.
• Abilitytoupdatefit-for-purposecompliancepolicies,procedures,and controls,performtargetedcompliancetesting,andmanageregulatoryfilings.
• EligibletoworkintheUK.
• Goodcommunicationin English,and Chinesewillbeaplus.
• Self-motivated;team player;goodcommunicationskills;circumspection;abilitytoworkindependently;dependable;flexible.
