- Summary:

• Thisroleisresponsiblefordailypreparationandjournalbookingoftreasuryfunctionfor Treasury in Finance department .
• Toworkalongside/inconjunctionwithotherteammembersandreportingtothe
  
  Treasury Team Leadertodevelopthe Treasury Team within Finance Departmentandtoensurealltreasurydutiesareperformedinatimely ,accurateandsafemanner.

Treasury Settlement Officer -What You'llbe Doing:

• Dailybankreconciliation&SAPbookingofallpayments,receivables,loans,discountingandanyothercashmovementsindependentlybasedonpropersupportingdocuments;
• ProduceallcompanypaymentdocumentsandbanknoticesinSAP;
• Paymentcheckprocedure:makesurecompliantSSIrecords,correctbankdetails,noduplicatepayments;
• RecorddailyFXtransactionandupdateFXsheetandproducepaymentdocumentsaccordingly
• Record daily Margincallmovement,producepaymentdocumentsaccordingly;
• Monitor inwards/outwards payment/Receiptwithbanks,makesuredailyclosingbalanceisinlinewithrequiredpolicy;
• Monthlybankstatementandcheckmonth-endSAPcashbalanceagreedtobankstatement.
  
  Iferror,needtoinvestigateandreportvariancestolinemanager
• Conductadhocmonthlytreasuryanalysis;
• Perform other/ad-hocrelateddutiesasreasonablyassigned;
• Back-upforroleof

Quarterly SOX testing;

Daily HQ bank loan report;

Daily HQ margin call report;

Monthly HQ margin call report;

Bank account HQ opening request & closing request;

TMS application;

Handle payment issues with bank and counter parties and internal departments queries;

Other Receivable Procedure to follow up on non-receipt of freight and other receivable;

• Excellentcommunicationskillsbothwrittenandverbal;
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandunderpressureattimes;
• Mustbegoodteamplayerandhaveeyesondetails.
