- Undertakingregularreviewsofdebtbalances
- Ensuringpromptreplytoclientsandmaintainingfollowupasrequiredtoensurepropermanagementofdebtsincludingdealingwithclientrequests
- Updatingthefirm’screditcontrolsystem(SOS) with actions,reminders,followupnotesetc.
- ReportingtotheFDreageddebt
- Processingpaymentsviatelephone
- Runningmonthlystatement
