Product champion

Siege FX is a London-based fintech focused on delivering greater efficiency and material cost savings to institutional clients in foreign exchange markets. The company has developed and fully owns a proprietary technology platform designed to optimize FX trading workflows. Its institutional Spot FX service, Mid Pool, has been operating since 2021 and is built to enable trading with minimal market footprint.

The New Product Champion will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of a new FX fintech initiative. This full-time, on-site role in London or Boston involves collaborating with technology and sales teams to realise a new business venture for Siege, engaging with institutional clients across both buy side and sell side. The New Product Champion will also coordinate go-to-market activities, prepare product documentation and training materials, monitor product performance, and identify opportunities to enhance adoption and client satisfaction.

• Strong product / project management skills, including roadmap development, requirements gathering, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with fintech or capital markets, particularly with asset management FX technology from order management to execution, allocation and settlement.
• Understanding of the role of custodians and collateral managers through the FX transaction lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology and trading workflows to diverse audiences.
• Proven collaboration skills, working closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset, with proficiency in using data and metrics to drive product decisions and measure outcomes including use of AI agents.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in a product owner, product manager, or related project manager role within a fintech or financial services organisation is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in London or Boston with institutional clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating initiative and ownership of deliverables.
