Tax - Tax Financial Services Graduate Trainee

As a Graduate Tax Trainee, you’ll learn how Tax connects to financial performance, regulation and business decisions, while working with a diverse range of clients, studying towards a fully funded professional qualification and building the confidence to make a real impact from day one.

• Analysing financial statements and business information to understand how organisations operate and meet their tax obligations.
• Using technology, data and specialist tax software to solve problems and support client work.
• Researching tax legislation and helping the team provide practical advice to clients on complex tax matters.
• Working alongside specialists across Tax, Audit and Advisory to deliver joined-up solutions for clients
• Developing your technical knowledge of UK tax and the Financial Services sector while studying towards a professional qualification.
• Building your confidence through real client exposure, professional study and hands‑on experience from day one.

You do not need to be a tax expert before you join. We’ll help you build your knowledge through professional study, practical client work and day‑to‑day support from your team.

• GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade 4/C (or equivalent qualifications).
• Achieved a minimum of 112 UCAS tariff points from your top three A Levels, BTECs, Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or other recognised Level 3 qualifications.
• Achieved or predicted a 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).
