Our Enterprise Value Creation (EVC) practice in London is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Manager to join the team. Expectations of value have changed. Financial Services, Products & Services, Energy & Resources, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, and Central Government.​What you will be doing

Lead cost and margin improvement programmes end to end: from diagnostic, baselining and benchmarking, through initiative design and implementation planning, to mobilising and delivering the transformation​Shape EVC strategy and roadmaps tailored to each client's needs, working closely with CFOs, COOs and other senior stakeholders​Lead multi-disciplinary teams, bringing together expertise from across Baringa​Make sure value is realised and sustained, through robust benefits tracking and building client capability​Coach and develop team members, helping them grow their skills and careers​Build long-term client relationships, own shaping of proposals and contribute to business development​Help build the London EVC team and its reputation in the market, including recruitment and capability development

Your skills and experience  We are looking for an experienced leader with typically 7+ years of relevant experience who enjoys building client relationships, developing teams and delivering lasting results for clients.​University degree in Economics, Econometrics, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field;
