Finance Assistant - Investment Management

Aria Partners are working with a growing investment management business looking to add a Finance Assistant to its London team.

This is a broad, hands-on role covering accounts payable, day-to-day finance support, some treasury-related activity and general office administration.

The team is small, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable getting involved across a range of responsibilities and supporting wherever needed.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Accounts payable and invoice processing
• Payment runs and banking support
• Bank reconciliations and cash-related reporting
• Expenses and general finance administration
• Supporting month-end processes
• Assisting with wider treasury activity
• Helping maintain finance records and internal processes
• Supporting general office administration where required

We are looking for someone with prior experience in a hands-on finance role, ideally across accounts payable, payments or general accounting. You may currently be working as a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, AP Analyst or similar and be looking for a role where you can take on broader responsibility over time.

The role would suit someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a small team environment. For the right person, there will be scope to broaden your experience across treasury and wider finance as you develop.

Basic compensation is likely to be around the £35, mark depending on experience coupled with a discretionary bonus and wider benefits package (including study support for the right person).
