- Preparetheannualoperatingexpensebudgetforthe Bankanddepartmentaloperatingexpensebudgets
- Preparemonthlyoperatingexpenseanalysisreportanddepartmentalcostallocationreport
- Reviewexpensesandreceiptstoensuretheyareaccuratelyrecorded,properlyallocatedatdepartmentallevelandsupportedbyadequatedocuments
- Preparejournalentries,setupamortisationschedules
- Preparetheminutesof Finance Committee meetings .
- Maintainthefixedasset/softwareregisterandprepaidexpenseregister,andreconcilethemwithGLonamonthlybasis
- Identifyandescalateinvoicesandpaymentsdiscrepanciesto Headand/orDeputy Headinordertoensuretimelyresolution
- Prepareoperatingexpenseandfixedassetsreportsasrequestedbythe Parent Bank
- Preparereportsfor Subsidiary/Branchrequiredbyparentbankandhomecountryregulators
- PreparequarterlyVATreturnsincompliancewithHMRCrequirements
- Participateinoperatingexpensesystemenhancement
- Prepareinformationandreportsinrelatestoauditrequestsfromexternalandinternalauditors
- Managethecompanycardsmattersandbillsandsettlement.
