As a Financial Planner at Lumin Wealth, you will:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, including those transitioning from existing advisers and recent acquisitions
- Build andmaintainlong-term, trusted client relationships
- Generate new business, supported by company-provided leads (including Trusted Advisor, Lumin News, seminars, and marketing initiatives)
- Deliver high-quality, compliant financial advice tailored to client needs
- Work towards KPI targets aligned with your experience and role expectations
- All locations:Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) required
- London office:Level 6 Chartered Financial Planner status required
- Proven experience in afinancialplanning/advisory role
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to generate and develop new business opportunities
- Professional, ethical, and client-centric approach
- Ambition to grow within a supportive and dynamic firm
